McMaster is required to patch its Oracle database platforms. This work is part of Oracle's quarterly infrastructure maintenance.

During the maintenance period, all Oracle-supported Database platforms will be unavailable:
Mosaic, Jira, Jira SD, Identity Access Management (IAM), UA, Infosilem, BI, Service Bus (OSB), MDSS, ROA, and Hyperion.

Additionally, the following servers will also be inaccessible: Oracle Exadata Database Service on Dedicated Infrastructure.
