The oracle databases will be undergoing quarterly patching by Oracle. It will require a complete outage to all supported Database platforms. (Mosaic, Jira, Jira SD, Confluence, IAM, UA, Infosilem, BI, Service Bus (OSB), MDSS, ROA, Hyperion).
