Today, from 1:00-3:00 p.m., Oracle will be performing critical maintenance on McMaster's Exadata Cloud infrastructure to resolve a critical issue that is impacting the functionality of our Oracle system. There is no expected impact on availability of databases, and there should not be any outages to services supported by Oracle. However, during this time, users may experience minor performance degradation of the following services: Mosaic, Jira, Jira SD, Identity Access Management (IAM), UA, Infosilem, BI, Service Bus (OSB), MDSS, ROA, and Hyperion.
UTS will be closely monitoring all affected systems throughout this event. If you have any questions or experience any issues, please report them to the UTS Service Desk.
