Scheduled - Human Resources functions in Mosaic will be unavailable due to planned maintenance from Friday, April 17 at 5:00 p.m. to Monday, April 20 at 8:00 a.m. EST. Impacted services include Employee Self Service, Payroll Dashboard, HR Forms, and more.
As part of this maintenance, a related IAM outage will begin at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, April 17 and continue for the duration of the maintenance period. During this time, users will be unable to activate new MacIDs, though other authentication services will remain largely unaffected.
All student-related tools and finance services in Mosaic will remain accessible. This outage is necessary to complete system upgrades that will enhance Mosaic’s usability and overall experience. Please complete any urgent HR tasks before the outage or plan to resume them once service is restored.
