Investigating - Data Warehouse is currently down. This is impacting some Mosaic Campus functions such as Pay My Tuition and may be impacting My Timetable. Some users are reporting an error message "Sign in from portal failed: Authentication could not be completed" when accessing My Timetable. The team is looking into the issue.

Scheduled - On Friday, January 16th at 6:00 pm to Saturday, January 17th 6:00 am, McMaster is required to patch its Oracle database platforms. This work is part of Oracle's quarterly infrastructure maintenance.

During the maintenance period, all Oracle-supported Database platforms will be unavailable, including:

Jira SD
MacIAM
UA
Infosilem
BI
Service Bus (OSB)
MDSS
ROA
Hyperion.

Additionally, the following servers will also be inaccessible: Oracle Exadata Database Service on Dedicated Infrastructure.
